These Official Rules govern the 2026 Holiday JOOLA Paddle Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Walt’s Pickleball Supply, which are final and binding.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Walt’s Pickleball Supply, Eagle Point, Oregon, United States (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to dink@waltspickleballsupply.com or through waltspickleballsupply.com/pages/contact.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter. Entrants must be physically located in the United States when entering.
Owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, together with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void in United States territories, possessions, and military installations outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends December 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping devices.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit waltspickleballsupply.com and submit the official Giveaway entry form with a valid email address and mobile phone number. Limit one entry per person, email address, and mobile phone number for the entire Giveaway Period.
No purchase or payment is required. Agreeing to receive promotional emails or text messages is optional, is not required to enter, and will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. Sponsor may use the email address and mobile phone number supplied with an entry to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact a potential winner.
Automated, bulk, scripted, generated, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise improper entries are prohibited and may be disqualified. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, Sponsor may treat the authorized account holder of the submitted email address as the entrant, subject to proof of eligibility.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one JOOLA Perseus Pro V Ben Johns Blaze Red pickleball paddle, in 14 mm or 16 mm thickness subject to availability. The approximate retail value of the prize is $299.95.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a comparable JOOLA Pro V paddle or another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or selected thickness becomes unavailable. Sponsor will pay standard shipping to a valid address in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and for any expense not expressly stated in these Official Rules.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification
On or about December 16, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the email address and/or mobile phone number provided with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification and may be required to confirm eligibility, provide a shipping address, and complete an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release, or other reasonable documentation. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, does not respond on time, declines the prize, or does not complete the required verification, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may continue selecting alternates until the prize is awarded or the pool of eligible entries is exhausted.
The winner will be announced on or about December 21, 2026 after eligibility has been verified. Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner’s full email address, full mobile phone number, or street address.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the verified winner grants Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state and to use any voluntarily supplied photograph or statement about the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional payment.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, interferes with the fair operation of the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an abusive, disruptive, deceptive, or fraudulent manner.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, public emergency, legal restriction, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents the Giveaway from operating as intended, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway as permitted by law. If the Giveaway is canceled after entries have been received, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the cancellation-causing event when practical and lawful.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, service providers, and prize suppliers from claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. This provision does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or undelivered entries or communications; service outages; network, hardware, software, or platform failures; or inaccurate entry information supplied by an entrant. The prize is awarded without any warranty from Sponsor beyond any transferable manufacturer warranty.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oregon. Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent such waiver is permitted by law.
12. Privacy and Communications
Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Use of the website is also subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Service.
If an entrant separately opts in to promotional email or text messages, those communications are governed by the consent language shown at entry. Consent to marketing is optional and is not a condition of entry or purchase. Entrants may unsubscribe from email using the link in any promotional email and may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
13. Winner List
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, email dink@waltspickleballsupply.com with the subject line “2026 Holiday Giveaway Winner” within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.
14. No Affiliation or Endorsement
This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Walt’s Pickleball Supply. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with JOOLA, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to publicize the Giveaway. JOOLA and all other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
