Frequently Asked Questions
Here are the quick answers to the questions that come up most often. If your question is not covered, send us a note and we will help.
How do I choose the right paddle?
Start with what you want help with: power, control, forgiveness, reach, or a mix of all four. Then look at shape, core thickness, handle length, and budget. Our Paddle Finder gives you a simple path, and the Paddle Comparison puts current models side by side.
What is the difference between widebody and elongated paddles?
Widebody paddles usually give you a larger sweet spot and quicker hands. Elongated paddles give you more reach, leverage, and handle room for a two-handed backhand. Neither shape is automatically better. It comes down to how you play.
Should I choose a 14mm or 16mm core?
A thinner core usually feels quicker and livelier. A 16mm core usually feels softer and more controlled. Construction changes the result, so thickness is a starting point instead of the whole answer.
Which pickleball should I buy?
Use an outdoor ball for outdoor courts and wind, and an indoor ball for gym floors and calmer play. Outdoor balls usually have smaller holes and a firmer feel. Indoor balls usually have larger holes and feel a little softer. Our indoor and outdoor ball guide explains the rest.
Is everything on the site in stock?
The product page shows the current availability for each item and option. Inventory can move quickly. Draft supplier products may be visible in our admin while we prepare them, but they are not available for purchase until they are published.
How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
Can I return a paddle after playing with it?
Please review the Return and Refund Policy before using a paddle. Used paddle eligibility can vary, and ordinary play marks may affect whether an item can be returned. Contact us before sending anything back.
How do paddle warranties work?
Warranty terms are set by each manufacturer and can vary by brand and model. Keep your order confirmation and any required registration. Our Warranty and Product Support page explains how we can help.
Can you help me compare two products?
Absolutely. Send us the two models, your current paddle, and what you want to change. We will give you a straightforward answer based on the way you play.
