Manufacturer warranty terms vary

The brand makes the final decision on manufacturing-defect claims. Coverage length, registration requirements, proof of purchase, return instructions, and excluded damage can all vary by manufacturer and model.

  • Engage: many current product listings state a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Check the exact product page and Engage's current warranty terms.
  • JOOLA: coverage varies by product, and some paddle programs require registration. Check the product page and JOOLA's current warranty instructions.
  • Other brands: follow the warranty information included with the product or published by the manufacturer.

What is usually considered normal wear?

Surface wear, edge-guard scuffs, grip wear, cosmetic marks, and gradual changes that come from ordinary play are generally different from a manufacturing defect. Damage from misuse, impact, heat, moisture, modification, or improper storage may also fall outside a manufacturer's warranty.

Before you ship anything

Wait for return instructions from us or the manufacturer. Sending a product to the wrong address can delay the claim. Keep the item, packaging, order confirmation, serial information, and any registration confirmation until the claim is complete.

How we help

  • Confirm your purchase details
  • Help identify the correct brand process
  • Provide proof of purchase when needed

A warranty claim is separate from an ordinary return. For unused merchandise and change-of-mind returns, see the Return and Refund Policy.
